Ziebart offers rust protection for new and used vehicles. For new vehicles, Ziebart underbody sealant coats structural metal, resists road abrasion and prevents rust from starting. Upper-body sealant penetrates seams, joints and hidden areas to keep salty moisture out and prevent rust from starting. Our annual maintenane program renews the rust-protective coatings.

For used vehicles, protection starts with an underbody power-wash and inspection for existing rust damage. Then we apply abrasion-resistant underbody sealant and penetrating upper-body sealant to inhibit existing rust and stop future rust.

We also offer an Underbody Sound Barrier. This coating of protection is 4 times thicker than regular undercoating. The additional thickness absorbs stone hits and dampens noise-producing vibrations. It is abrasion resistant so it maintains its effectiveness for years and is corrosion-resistant to prevent rust.
